SHIPPING POLICY

All artworks are carefully packed and prepared for transport.

Germany
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 weeks. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the artwork and delivery address.

Europe
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 weeks. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the artwork and delivery address.

Large-format artworks
Large-format artworks require specialised packaging and transport. The applicable shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, artwork size and shipping provider.

Once an artwork has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

International shipping outside Europe
Shipping outside Europe is currently available on request. Please contact contact@nickjakho.com 

before purchasing to discuss availability and shipping options.

Returns
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer where the statutory right of withdrawal applies. Large-format artworks may require specialised return transport and cannot normally be returned by standard parcel service. Further information can be found in the Return & Cancellation Policy.
